Hi guys today I went deep using old school philosophy and psychology and what I do in my coaching people in order to get you to be your best self.
The tips are:
► Finding your why and living it is really hard
► unconscious – conscious – unconscious
► Why and where do you experience resistance
► Courage of a hero = Brave enough to be vulnerable – A man deprived of his soul is a faceless mannequin
►Understand what your best self would do in all your current situations
►Recognise that being attached to the idea of your best self can feel like a burden, rather than an immediate blessing as you may have some unconscious needs to sort out first.
