This is a guided body scan breath work meditation which helps you recover and build muscle.
This meditation came when a considerable amount of time was spent doing body scan meditations and practicing breath work.
During a sauna session on a whim this meditation poppied into my head I tried and the meditation felt like it went for 5 minutes, I got deep into my body, I could feel the energy moving, my body got hot and pumped and afterwards I felt cleansed, calm super relaxed and more in touch with my body than ever.
I feel this meditation is extremely beneficial for those who are into fitness as injuries and sore areas seem to get the most benefit as it seems to aid with healing of the muscles, ligaments and tendons.

I use it often before bed, or in a sauna so get my body as relaxed as possible ready to heal like wolverine.
